Payment & Cancellation Policy

We encourage students to register only when they feelreasonably certain of their plans, as organizing a trainingrequires preparation and commitment from both studentsand teachers.

  • The deposit is deducted from the total course fee.
  • The remaining balance must be paid before thetraining begins, either prior to arrival or on arrival atthe school.
  • Deposits remain valid for one year from the date ofpayment.
  • Bank Transfer, Wise, and Revolut are our preferredpayment methods.

After making your payment, please email your transactionreceipt along with your full name and course dates.Confirmation is typically sent within 24 hours.

  • The €250 deposit is non-refundable.
  • Cancellations made more than 30 days before thetraining may be eligible for transfer of any additionalpayments to a future training within 12 months.
  • Cancellations made less than 30 days before the training are generally not eligible for refunds.
  • No refunds can be provided for late arrival, earlydeparture, absence, or dismissal from the course.
  • If Yoga Tirtha must cancel a training due to unforeseen circumstances, students will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer their booking to a future training.

  2. Once the transfer is complete, kindly send an email with the transaction details (including your name, course applied for, and payment reference) to tirthenquiries@gmail.com.
  3. Your booking will be confirmed after we verify the payment.
