Our shared commitment

A Yoga Teacher Training is more than a course. It is a commitment to learning, practice, self-observation, and community living. To support this experience, we ask all students to approach the training with sincerity, openness, and a willingness to participate fully. The guidelines below are not intended as restrictions, but as a framework that helps create a focused, respectful, and supportive environment for everyone.
Yoga is often described as the calming of the fluctuations of the mind. This does not mean suppressing our natural tendencies, but learning to observe and guide them with greater awareness and discipline.
The structure of the training, daily schedule, and community guidelines are designed to support this process. By joining the training, students agree to participate wholeheartedly in creating an atmosphere that is conducive to learning, practice, and personal growth.
What we expect
Should a student’s behaviour repeatedly disrupt the learning environment or cause significant in convenience to the community, the school reserves the right to discontinue their participation in the course.
What to bring
You do not need to arrive as an experienced practitioner. Simply come with an open mind, a willingness to learn, and the intention to participate fully

More than a school – A community of seekers
At Yoga Tirth, learning is not confined to the classroom. It happens during silent walks, shared meals, early morning meditations, and quiet reflections by the sea. Our teachers are not separate from the community—they live, practice, and grow alongside the students.
Through their presence, they remind us: Yoga is not something we do. Yoga is how we live.
