The 50-hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) offers an in-depth exploration of Yin Yoga, focusing on the practice of long-held passive postures that target deep connective tissues, including ligaments, tendons, and fascia. This training is designed for yoga teachers and advanced practitioners who wish to deepen their understanding of Yin Yoga, its anatomical foundations, meridian theory, and how to teach this meditative and restorative style safely and effectively. Should a student’s behaviour repeatedly disrupt the learning environment or cause significant in convenience to the community, the school reserves the right to discontinue their participation in the course.
